Your CV is the most personal file you own. We treat it that way.
Plain answers, no legal fog. The formal policy is linked at the bottom, but everything that matters is on this page.
What we store
Your account, the résumés you upload, the text of postings you paste, and what the AI generated from them. Nothing else — we do not buy or enrich data about you.
Where it lives
Postgres and object storage in the EU, encrypted at rest and in transit, behind row-level security so a query can only ever return your own rows.
What the AI sees
The posting text and the relevant parts of your résumé, sent to Google Gemini for the length of one request. Your data is not used to train models. If Gemini fails we retry once on Grok, under the same terms.
What we never do
Send applications on your behalf, email employers, post anything publicly, or share your CV with recruiters. Every artefact needs your review before it leaves the product.
Portfolio pages
Public only when you publish, at a slug you choose, containing only fields you tick. Unpublishing removes it from the web and from search within a day.
Your rights
Export everything as JSON, correct any parsed field, or delete the account and all its files within 24 hours. Ghana DPA and GDPR requests go to the same place: Settings, then Data.
